CAD
We offer the ability of generating a CAD file for our clients as well as working with an existing CAD file of most any format. Once this part of the process is locked in, it can be used to drive some of the other services we offer.
We also specialize in abstract surface modeling which helped pioneer a workflow linking CAD with a powerful stand-alone algorithm to aid companies in the textile industry.
This workflow involves:
- Visualizing and building patterns in 3D
- Generating 2D .dxf files for cutting and manufacturing
- Reduction or elimination of material relief such as darts
- Nesting of patterns for effective material usage
